Exchanges and Returns

Didn’t work out? That’s okay! At Mox we want you to be completely happy with your order. If for some reason you are not happy with your online purchase you can exchange or refund within 14 days.

Here’s how:

  • All shoes returned must be in their original condition, unworn and with the original packaging and tags intact.

  • Please include the proof of purchase and the Mox Exchange or Return form.

  • All exchange requests are subject to product availability. If your exchange cannot be processed because of product colour or size availability we will contact you with alternatives or offer a full refund

  • We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods exchanged or returned. Items we exchange will be resent at your own cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable. 

  • Mox is not responsible for the loss of shoes being returned. We recommend using a trackable and insured delivery method.

  • Mox is unable to process any exchange or return on items that were not bought from our online store.
