COVID-19 & Shipping

Yes, if you are in Australia you can still get your Mox! As a local Australian brand we understand that we have an important part to play in reducing the spread of COVID-19. Fortunately, Mox is a family business so we are able to keep our warehouse operating as normal (but with a lot more soap & hand sanitizer being used!).  We will continue to post your Mox as soon as we can (typically by the next business day). Australia Post are continuing with deliveries during this time, although they are currently taking longer than normal with deliveries.

We have made the decision to cease international orders for the time being. Due to the lack of flights available international deliveries were proving very difficult. Rather than have unclear shipping times, and the possibility of deliveries taking months to arrive, we have decided it is best to limit our deliveries to within Australia until global logistics return to normal.

Australian Orders

For deliveries to Australian addresses customers have 2 options:

1.   Parcel Post (2-7 business days)

1 or 2 pairs of Mox: $10 flat rate
3 or more pairs: FREE SHIPPING Australia wide

2.   Express Post (typically 1 business day) – an additional $3

Orders are typically dispatched from Sydney within 24 hours of being placed. Our delivery times are as advised by Australia Post.

International Orders

We have made the decision to cease international orders for the time being. Due to the lack of flights available international deliveries were proving very difficult. Rather than have unclear shipping times, and the possibility of deliveries taking months to arrive, we have decided it is best to limit our deliveries to within Australia until global logistics return to normal.

If you are located elsewhere in the world and are interested in purchasing our shoes despite them possibly taking months to arrive, please drop us a line via the Contact Us page on our website, expressing your interest and country of origin and we can advise you regarding postage.

 

Important shipping notes:

Mox is not responsible for replacing packages sent to erroneous or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.

Due to the cost of shipping from Australia there is no exchange or warranty on orders outside Australia. If you have not done so already we strongly recommend you refer to the guide on our Sizing page.

Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please note we do not provide refund on items returned to Mox due to unpaid duties and taxes on the destination country.
