COVID-19 & Shipping
Yes, you can still get your Mox! As a local Australian brand we understand that we have an important part to play in reducing the spread of COVID-19. Fortunately, Mox is a family business so we are able to keep our warehouse operating as normal (but with a lot more soap & hand sanitizer being used!). We will continue to post your Mox as soon as we can (typically by the next business day). Australia Post domestic shipping times now appear to be back to normal.
Global logistics appear to have improved to some countries from Australia. We have recommenced shipping International Orders to those countries. If your country is one of those listed when you checkout, then parcels are being sent to your country via airfreight.
For deliveries to Australian addresses customers have 2 options:
1. Parcel Post (2-7 business days)
1 or 2 pairs of Mox: $10 flat rate
3 or more pairs: FREE SHIPPING Australia wide
2. Express Post (typically 1 business day) – an additional $3
Orders are typically dispatched from Sydney within 24 hours of being placed. Our delivery times are as advised by Australia Post.
Mox are proud to ship around the world from Australia. Delivery to international destinations is normally estimated at 3-10 business days, but due to Covid-19 the estimate Australia Post are currently advising for international deliveries is currently 9-20 business days. Shipping to some countries is not possible at this time. If your country is one of those listed when you checkout, then parcels are being sent to your country via airfreight.
Our current shipping charges are:
- New Zealand – 1 pair: $12. For 2 to 10 pairs: $20 flat rate
- Asia Pacific, USA & Canada – 1 pair: $15. 2 pairs: $25. For 3 to 10 pairs: $35 flat rate
- UK, France, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland - 1 pair: $20. 2 pairs: $30. For 3 to 10 pairs: $40 flat rate
- Rest of the world - 1 pair: $25. 2 pairs: $45. For 3 to 10 pairs: $65 flat rate
If you would like to order more than 10 pairs of Mox at one time, please contact us via email@example.com and we can advise you regarding postage. If you are located elsewhere in the world and are interested in purchasing our shoes, please drop us a line via the Contact Us page on our website, expressing your interest and country of origin and we can advise you regarding postage.

Important shipping notes:
Mox is not responsible for replacing packages sent to erroneous or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.
Due to the cost of shipping from Australia there is no exchange or warranty on orders outside Australia. If you have not done so already we strongly recommend you refer to the guide on our Sizing page.
Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please note we do not provide refund on items returned to Mox due to unpaid duties and taxes on the destination country.
