Didn’t work out? That’s okay! At Mox we want you to be completely happy with your order. If for some reason you are not happy with your online purchase you can exchange or refund within 60 days.
Here’s how:

All shoes returned must be in their original condition, unworn with tags intact.

Please include the Mox Exchange or Return form, and try to include the packing slip or invoice if possible.

All exchange requests are subject to product availability. If your exchange cannot be processed because of product colour or size availability we will contact you with alternatives.

If you would like to exchange or return your Mox you need to cover the postage costs to send them back to us. For exchanges, we will then cover the postage costs to send the new Mox back to you once per order. If you exchange a second time you will then also need to cover the return postage cost.

If you initially qualified for free shipping on a bulk order (on 3 or more pairs ordered), but then choose to return part of your order, if the balance of your order is then less 3 pairs Mox may at their discretion deduct a shipping charge from your refund as your order no longer qualifies for the bulk discount.

Mox is not responsible for the loss of shoes being returned. We recommend using a trackable delivery method.

Mox is unable to process any exchange or return on items that were not bought from our online store.
- International orders can be returned for a refund, but not for an exchange. If you require an exchange on an international order, please place a new order at www.moxonline.com.au
